Designed to meet the dreams of a new family, this site design and installation project included a blend of formal and informal garden areas, terraces and pathways, stone sitting walls, a winding pebble driveway and a swimming pool at this 1 acre property. At the request of the homeowner, plants that would provide birds with a year-round food source were placed throughout the property. A variety of perennial gardens and evergreens were planted surrounding the pool and home, providing the family with season-long blooms for arrangements. Off the rear of the home a Boxwood Parterre Garden was created, providing both a lovely view from the home's reading room and an abundance of peony blooms each spring.
