WEST DRIVE

This multi-year project began as landscape site design work for a single-home and evolved into an extensive dual-property project when our clients purchased adjacent land for a guest house and tennis court. The 2.5 acre waterfront property, previously open on all sides, was enclosed with a variety of mature Conifers and Broadleaf Evergreens. Lush, 3-season perennial gardens were planted surrounding the main house, guest house, terraces, boathouse and pool. Mature specimen trees were placed at various focal points, including unusual Japanese Maples, Cherries, Crepe Myrtles, and Hibiscus. Screening around the tennis court was created using Boxwoods and Junipers and a native wildflower field was positioned at the water's edge, providing a habitat for a variety of pollinators.
