Located amidst the freshwater wetlands between East Hampton and Montauk NY, this home was designed to capture 360 degree views of the surrounding natural beauty. Our clients, a retired couple from New England, wanted a home that would not only meet their combined needs but would serve as a welcoming gathering spot for their local family. Due to its unique locale, the project involved special permits and variances from the Town of East Hampton. The  2100 sq. ft. home features a glass-walled “tower”  and 420 sq. ft. of decking to maximize views of the nearby wetlands, ocean and bay.
