HEDGES INN

Located on 2 acres in the East Hampton Village Historic District, the thirteen room Hedges Inn was originally built in 1873 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Our renovation project involved careful planning to ensure the historical significance of the property was preserved. A complete gut renovation of the first floor public spaces included sitting rooms, interior dining areas, staff offices, an expanded bar and the addition of ADA compliant restrooms. On the exterior of the Inn an extensive canopied outdoor dining space was constructed featuring a folding seven foot high glass wall that extends across a thirty foot exterior wall, creating a seamless flow between indoor to outdoor dining spaces.
