The new 2-story 6400 sq.ft. Scoville Hall structure was designed to replace the historic Amagansett Presbyterian Church which was lost to fire. Utilizing the original footprint our team worked with the Town of East Hampton Building Committee and Fire Marshall to maximize usable space and to meet the new fire sprinkler system requirements. Scoville Hall now includes a new sanctuary, full basement for storage and mechanicals, Pastor's office, several meeting and multi-purpose rooms, commercial kitchen, ADA compliant restrooms and ramps, and a new elevator. Exterior updates include parking, site and landscape design.
