CROSS HIGHWAY

Located on 3.7 acres, this project encompassed a complete renovation and substantial addition to a historic village residence originally built in 1780, culminating in a 14,000 sq. ft. home.  Additions included a new kitchen, great room, theater, wine cellar, elevator, three-car garage, staff quarters, and a new geothermal heating and cooling system. Exterior updates included design of a new three-season screened porch, outdoor grilling area, two fireplaces and extensive plantings.
