A comprehensive restoration to this 1900 sq. ft. home located in the Historic Overlay District of the Village of Sag Harbor included a new and enlarged kitchen, bathrooms, interior spaces and an exterior deck.  During the project new windows, doors and exterior finishes were designed to meet Board of Preservation and Architectural Review guidelines along with New York State energy codes.
