This new 5100 sq.ft., traditional residence, including six bedrooms, four full and three half-baths was designed to meet the combined dreams of a newly retired couple who also needed a home where multiple generations could gather. The project required special permitting and included an attached three-car garage, pool and pool house, and site design. Special touches to meet the couple's hobbies included a balcony overlooking the living room featuring a dedicated puzzle-making area, a flower cutting copper sink, and numerous built-ins throughout the home.
