During this complete renovation a historic 1800’s Livery Stable was transformed into a 9,725 sq. ft. three-story ADA accessible art school. Work included the complete restoration of the exterior facade and the renovation of an existing apartment. Multiple new studio spaces were created  including ceramic, painting, printmaking and drawing rooms, a digital media and photography lab with a teaching dark room and staff offices.
