The complete renovation project at this classic ½ acre village property included extensive hardscape and landscape design. A large Belgian block parking court was constructed at the entrance to the house and grass pavers leading to the guest house/garage were added, creating a seamless rear yard that appears to be all grass. Mature screening shrubbery, specimen trees, planting beds and gates were placed strategically to provide a sense of privacy. At the rear of the home an oversized terrace designed for entertaining leads to an inviting wading pool surrounded by a sitting wall.
