Our team oversaw the design of a new addition and complete interior renovation of this 1100 sq.ft. cottage in the Village of East Hampton, NY, transforming a two bedroom, one bath home into a four bedroom, three bath home. During the renovation shed dormers were added to let in more natural light, a small basement was transitioned into a usable full-height space, an existing garage was converted into a pool house, and a new pool was added.
