Each of these new 4000 sq. ft. homes were designed and built as “spec” houses for a developer and contractor. Located in the Village of Westhampton, both of the homes were located near wetlands and a country club within a newly configured subdivision with numerous architectural covenants. At the clients request, both homes were traditional gable design and featured attached decks, spas and pools.
